And today’s winner is…

Hi there, I apologize for how late I am at announcing the winner of this second giveaway. I would like to thank everyone that participated this time around and don’t be sad if you did not win as there will be one last giveaway later this week or beginning of next week to celebrate the 300 subscribers goal.

So before I announce the winner I want to tell me ou of a summer long kal that I’m joining and you might be interested in joining too if you like sel striping yarns like those by Biscotte Yarns.

This kal is hosted by Michelle and Leslie of the Knotty Knit Wits podcast. To join, just look up their group on Ravelry and join the discussion thread.

The idea is to knit one or more pairs of Stitch Surfer socks. A free pattern by Louise of Biscotte Yarn. You can find this pattern on Knitty and Ravelry for free. This is an unusual sock pattern that uses intarsia and so knitting these for the first time as part of a kal is ideal as we will be able to help each other out.

I am planning on casting on later this week. This is a relaxed kal so no stress. If you decide to join, I’d love to see your socks and hear about your progress later. I will of course share my progress with you here.

But enough talking, it’s time to announce the winner…..

Last giveaway a knitter from the US won, today it is a knitter in France( I think). Congratulations to Isabelle! You won the beautiful skein of self striping yarn from Biscotte Yarn! I hope you will share with us later, what ever you make with it. Maybe you will join in the Stitch Surfer kal?

Isabelle, please private message me at and give me your details so I can get the yarn to you.

Thank you again for stopping by and taking part in my giveaways. I will be back soon with a regular post and lots of finished objects.

Happy knitting til then:)
